The country’s largest fast food chain is regarded as one of the best organisations to work for and is highly acknowledged for being marketing-oriented, customer-friendly and innovative with new products.
There were many occasions that called for Crisis Management triggered by complaints, customer fraud, blackmail, food hygiene and numerous operational issues. With Asia PR on board, many such cases were solved.
